Payment is by Master card, Visa, American Express, check or money order. Shipping is by UPS and delivery is made usually within 4-8 business days depending on your location. Please note weekends are not counted by UPS as a business day. Please include your zip code when making an inquiry as shipping costs are based on your location. There is a five yard minimum order on canvas.
Please call us with your order before mailing a check.
If your order is time critical, please call to alert us of your deadline. It's not always possible for us to ship same day.
Credit card transactions are done by phone or online.
Occasionally
we make a typographical error. We reserve the right to correct typographical
errors. If you order an item online that was incorrectly priced we will contact
you with the correct price for your approval before charging you or shipping
the item.
Return Policy
Allens will accept returns on rolls of canvas in unused and like new condition up to 30 days after the items were received. In some cases, a restocking fee up to 15 % may apply. Please contact us prior to sending back merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization.
Note-We do not accept returns on canvas ordered folded or rolls that has been cut or altered.
